I have my own website for YouTube related designs:

But to promote my designs, and allow more people to know I design, I'm doing a free design day where if you contact me today with an avatar and channel art idea, I'll make it for you.

It might be a while before I come round to doing it, but as long as you're mailed me today, you'll get your designs.
