I'd recommend 4.50 ITA DEX because it's the best CFW out currently to Real time mod COD. It also doesn't require a spoofer as of now.

best firmware for modding is ps3ita dex, on most cods you now have to use tools on the pc which sends the data to the ps3,its call real time modding. dex is best for this because there is less delay between the tool and the game which means you can use rtm mod menus. but the disadvantage is you get banned alot quicker on dex. dex is more complicated to use but it is worth it since there are some rtm tools which are dex only.

on rogero you only have to install one app and you never have to change any games files. Its very easy to connect the tools but there is a bit of a delay which would mean the rtm mod menus are laggy. most have allthe options in the tool, the menus just a fancy extra. But you are limited on which rtm tools you can use. Mainly people go with cex for occasionally modding and having the lowest ban rate.
