I have xrpc.xex and xbdm.xex as my plugins I then downloaded a tool and load the game and press connect and get an error saying "unhandled exception has occured in your application" I have tried replacing the xrpc.xex, rebooting, and multiple tools.

In negibourhood have you set your rgh/jtag ip to default if you havent that should fix it and if you have download rpc.xex and set as a plugin in dashlaunch

use rpc.xex and xbdm.xex set xbdm.xex as plugin 1 and rpc.xex as plugin 2 try using these plugins only no other plugins and test if it works

I get this error but when im in the game and press connect to jtag it works fine
