What's better Jtag or RGH. Where can I buy one and which one is the best to buy from the recommended website. What else do I need to make the jtag or RGH work so its compatible with my games. When I play a game will it automatically get me the mods.

to be honest, there is not mcuh of a dfference. RGH is a chip that glitches ur console into homebrew mode basically JTAG is no chip and usually boot faster. I reccomend a jtag I have A Xenon jtag been booting pretty good for me every time Also sometimes rgh coolrunner chips can fry out or nands get messed up easy sometimes. Depends on what you want to do with it to decide what's better. No. You don't automatically get modifications because it's not made specifically for modding. It's for much more. If all you're going to do is mod; don't get one. It's a waste of money. But if you must, get a xenon. It's cheap.
