i have Kompany and Aguero in m transfer targets but they are stuck and i can not get them any idea what i should do?

Well, My Lowton and Walcott, have been stuck in my transfer targets for 2 and a half months now, no action made, after contacting EA 7 times. Apparently their 'Specialist Team' are on the case. Bullsh!t...
