I have always used the power saver option because I feel that its creepy that the kinect is always watching me with the instant on option. But my question is, is it bad for the console to have the instant on option selected? Because I mean it is still partially running. Isn't that bad for it to always be running or is it ok?

The Kinect is always listening for only the keywords Xbox ON its not storing or sending any audio/footage

Tired of rumours..

Aside from that i choose power saver so that closes all the programs and games and does its proper shut down and boot up.. also so that its not just eating bandwidth
