Clearly it's not possible to live on it as we do here. The atmosphere is nothing like it is here so we'd need special suits or air-locked buildings to survive up there.

I definitely do think we may live up there one day but, definitely not in our life times. Probably not even by our grand children's life time.

The Moon is a different story, I can see us living there within a 100 years, still with all the gear, suits, buildings, or whatever they invent that can allow us to live up there.

But you can never know haw much technology could advance in the near future.. Look at the advancements just since the year 2000.
