Probably because there isn't one publicly released right now :facepalm:
Maybe you should've searched Google before you posted....
Anyways, there's info on spoofing XUID, but no tool released yet. And just as an added note, I'm pretty sure you can't do it using XRPC, you would need to use JRPC.

XRPC does certain functions JRPC can't, and JRPC does certain functions XRPC can't. When I did some research on it I didn't find anything on XRPC, but what I found was this.
JRPC JRPC = new JRPC();
public long Controller0XUID;
JRPC.CallString(XUserGetXUID_Offset, 0, Controller0XUID);

So I'm guessing because there was no information about XUID and XRPC, and the only thing I found about XUID was with JRPC I guessed JRPC would be used instead of XRPC to spoof it.

You can make a XUID Spoofer with XRPC just as easy as you can with JRPC.
