Use an Ethernet cable? Its meant to be faster than wireless connection.

Could be the connection between your Xbox and PC.
What connection type are you using? (e.g. WiFi)

It's the program itself that's going slow, right? Launch a game title, then open Neighborhood and use it. It'll move faster.
By game title I just mean launch a game real fast, not XeX Menu. For some reason mine is really slow before I play anything, then after I launch a game it speeds up a lot. Hopefully it'll be the same for others lol

Have both your Xbox and Laptop running on an Ethernet from your Router/Modem.
If you are on a laptop, make sure you disable WiFi before using Ethernet.

A wired connection defiantly seems much faster than wireless.
I also prefer to launch games from Xbox 360 Neighbourhood,As FSD slows down everything and XEXmenu has a weird way of sorting games.

Use ethernet? I mean you need JSB/USB for It first.

Try and use and external HDD as well as your regular HDD the more files you have in one location the slower it will be to open.
Although, things like using an Ethernet cable or getting a faster internet speed does help

To get it really fast have a ethernet cord to your router to your xbox and a ethernet cord to your router to your computer, or just a ethernet cord to your computer to your router and run off wireless on your xbox. Thats what i do and its really fast
