First off i would like to say that if your about to comment saying that there is drifting, more than 80% of the time people are just power sliding.

Now with that said i would like you to watch this video of modded drifting. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

now if you watched the video instead of saying out of ignorance that using mods are stupid and that im just not good at drifting, notice how his rear tires are constantly sliding yet he isnt spinning out.this is really close to actual drifting with just some changes to the driving mechanics and if you are still thinking that this isnt even close to drifting, odds are you have never tried drifting in real life.(which I have, my dad has taught me in his 350z)

I am personally just sick and tired of kids and even sometimes adults say that then can drift then all i see is powerslide after powerslide. do you even know what drifting is?

the definition of drifting is a driving technique where the driver intentionally or unintentionally oversteers, causing loss of traction in the rear wheels or all tires, while maintaining control from entry to exit of a corner. A car is drifting when the rear slip angle is greater than the front slip angle, to such an extent that often the front wheels are pointing in the opposite direction to the turn (e.g. car is turning left, wheels are pointed right or vice versa).

now why cant R* make a drift mod kit that can be purchased in ls customs if this guy in the video can mod it easily and get that close to real drifting.

Sounds like a great idea to me. Maybe have a "less traction" option under tire customization for JDM cars?

I like where this is going. Maybe have a option for less tread on tires so that will lower the friction and grip of the tires themselves
