Nothing makes me question people's motives more, then when they brag. If someone donates to a charity via email/text and they screen shot it and share it on the internet, did they donate to help people or to show off that they gave some money to a charity to achieve some sort of moral gratification? If you want to do things like give to charity, but when you show it off you will look like a **** to most.

A few facebook likes isn't worth your moral integrity.

I understand what you are saying and agree.

But on the other hand....this vanity and need for gratification helps charities lol

I can deal with it, up to a certain extent.
If someone says what they have - because they have earnt it. I think thats fair enough.

However, the people who brag about what they have because their parents/partner gives it them, then that is when i hate it.

I agree with this somewhat and some not. I agree 100% on the part of showing it for! unless you're someone in power. Like, if PewDiePie should his viewing audience proof or something that he donated and then left a link for other people to donate, then the charity benefits, PewDiePie benefits, and the donators benefit!

I can deal with people saying something once, but if you continue to rub it in, or saying it just to hear your voice, then you are becoming annoying.
