They only release 10 per console, so they are extremely rare. You have to get lucky in pulling packs.

You had to try and pull one from a pack. There are currently 3 left on xbox 360, a little more than 5 on ps3 and 0 on ps4/xb1 so if you're on either the 360 or the ps3, you're in luck.. Otherwise, sorry man. You missed your chance
