RAM is a little low but nontheless you can run GTAV most likely for my computer is just a small bit better. It ran GTA 4 really smooth and fast.

RAM is a little low, 8GB is fine.
It will run it, but don't expect max. The GPU is old hardware as is the CPU, I would upgrade the GPU to something better than the two you said as they are still old. Look at the GTX 750 Ti.

What do you mean the ram is a little low? 666MHz is equivilent to 1333MHz, just in a dual channel configuration. Forgive me if I'm talking about the wrong thing.

OP, your pc is fine, but you should definitely work towards a gpu upgrade. Keep your psu in mind when you do it though.
