CPU -Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz: 35 C Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM -8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (8-8-8-20)
Motherboard -ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H61-MX USB3 (LGA1155): 29 C
Graphics -2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 (NVIDIA): 29 C
Storage -465GB Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142 ATA Device (SATA): 30 C
I will also be upgrading my Graphics card to GTX 560-600 Ti

RAM is a little low but nontheless you can run GTAV most likely for my computer is just a small bit better. It ran GTA 4 really smooth and fast.

RAM is a little low, 8GB is fine.
It will run it, but don't expect max. The GPU is old hardware as is the CPU, I would upgrade the GPU to something better than the two you said as they are still old. Look at the GTX 750 Ti.

OP, your pc is fine, but you should definitely work towards a gpu upgrade. Keep your psu in mind when you do it though.
