I had my xbox for almost 4 years and I lent it to my brother for a little bit less than a month. He said he was online the week before. I get on it 6 days after he said he was online and my console was banned. I tried emailing Microsoft and messaging on the forums with no prevail. So I came to the conclusion that I'm done with console and moving onto PC. Adios Microsoft assholes

That's what happened to me when I got my first xbox. My brother got us console banned.
Let's just say we have a xbox 360 and a PS4 now

That really sucks...
Do you know what your brother did?
Moving to the PC is a great choice.

Can't really blame Microsoft they are just doing their job and anyone can make up a convincing story telling them It wasn't their fault and this Is why Microsoft, or any game company, wont take off a ban because their Is always the chance the person Is lying

Can't blame Microsoft.
It was most likely your brother.

Well you are leaving Microsoft at console and going to PC, which has Windows, which Microsoft makes.

I'm 100% sure Microsoft are doing their jobs correctly. You could have contacted suppport and if they said it was due to something your "brother" did then serves you right.

Anyway, this comes down to conclusion, you are letting your younger brother on the console. Shouldn't have let him , with what younger children get up to on console, most likely swore at someone or was just too annoying, but it's not Microsoft's fault, they are doing there job, try contacting support, but besides that, Microsoft make Windows, so you might still encounter issues.
Sorry about the ban.

I would also like to add, he might of cheated in CoD or did something. You haven't yet realized if your brother did anything.
