Ok, well for my own safety i kept an eye on my leaderboard stack on Demolition as i didn't want to be one of the unlucky few who got banned/temporarily suspended, and i'm about 1200th in the world on Demolition.
So my question is 'how do i boost now?' because i certainly don't want to further the risk of getting temporarily banned etc, through Demolition.

And before anyone gets up on their high horse and starts trying to lecture me about being a 'sad loser who can't get ranked up legitimately' WELL DONE . Correct i LACK the ability to rank up legitimately therefore i seek to boost, NOT to ruin other peoples games but to have fun private matches with all the freedom of a high rank and cod points, So yeah.

Any ideas of a safe way of ranking up faster, as i have already been trying headquarters and did ok a couple of times, but it's just not fast enough, and i get messages from people insulting me for killing them. which kinda is a bit childish but hey thats another story.
So anyways, any feedback, replys, suggestions etc are greatly appreciated.
