You will not be able to build a decent gaming PC for $350-$400. Your budget range should go to $800-$100 if you want a good one.

What do you plan on playing? I hope PinballFX and Minesweeper, because it won't be able to play much more. I'd save up a bit more buddy before considering a gaming PC.
