i highly reccomend you not buying one. You just want to use it to mod ghosts and you obviously have no idea what your doing, so i would advise saving your money

Just going to let you in on a little info that the chance of you be fast enough to host a good lobby on ghost with out being console banned is very unlikely and if you going to be hosting on ghost a $20+ dollars a time for a kv then good luck with it

Just need to know which one to buy and if it already has ghosts stuff on it I don't want to get one that has half the stuff I need then be screwed cause I don't know what I'm doing

I don't want to host lobbies I just want personal hacks

That's the point learn more before buying one because if not you could easy break it with in a couple of days if you don't no what your doing

I However Wouldnt Be Able To Pre-Install Ghosts But I Would Happily Guide You Through To Do So Yourself.
I Could On The Other hand, Pre-load Your HDD/USB With All The Files You Need To Use Your RGH/Jtag E.G - XeX Menu, Fresstyle Dash, Dashlaunch, All The Plugins Etc.
