First off I want to go ahead and clarify, I AM NOT TRYING TO SELL MY PHONE ON HERE. Near the beginning of the year my dad bought me the Samsung Note 3, but due to something that went on in the family, his card was deactivated and the plan went dead. I don't have the SIM card to the phone, is it still possible to sell if I factory reset it?

i belive it is linked to what ever service provider u had befor unless you unlock the phone. so the answer is yes with restrictions
