Soooo i am taking a college class in high school and its speech.

We have an argumenative speech to give with another class mate. I am arguing that xbox is better then playstation 4. I have my speech done pretty much but i need a good intro (I am god awful at intros)...Can anyone help me with an idea on how to start out my speech...thanks guys i can give something in return for your help!

The only other suggestion I have is: you want it to be like the intro to an essay. That's just what I would do.

The only other suggestion I have is: you want it to be like the intro to an essay. That's just what I would do.


yeah start really broad then move into it

ahhh them AP courses thats the best thing to do gives an introduction into what the topic relates to and from there on it's a Socratic seminar between you and the classmate(s) point out key info and what you believe makes it better and such and you should be good
