Hi I believe I was scammed I bought a RGH Jasper type 2 with lifetime stealth and I have not received my tracking number from the person I have bought it from i am very nervous that this person has scammed me out of my money

If any one can help me this would be great this is my first RGH

He has shown me proof he logged on to the console and I did talk to him over xbox live I sent him the money on March 24th and he said he would send me the tracking number on March 25th but I have not received anything

Please tell me you bought from someone that is known on this site/verified with selling RGHs and stuff.

is he a scammer? Cause I have phones paypal and they have said if he doesn't not reply back with a valid tracking number my money will be refunded.

Firstly, we don't really care if you've been scammed, it's your own fault. Not ours. No need to make a thread for it.

Anyway, have you even tried contacting the seller or just jumped straight to the assumption that you've been scammed? Sometimes you don't get a tracking number when shipping. I have shipped via Royal Mail before and they never gave me a tracking number, even though it was tracked shipping. Be patient.

I'm assuming you payed via PayPal. If so, worst case scenario, you can just file a dispute and get your money back.

He is known for ratting computers and swatting people. And to close it all up, he is only 13. xD So yes, you were more than likely scammed.

he has not even replied saying he has shipped my RGH he told me that he would be shipping it the next day I live in canada so I believe you need a tracking number if you are shipping to another country he also said that it would come Thursday Friday Saturday the latest but I'm still scared that he has stole my money

How much did you purchase the console for? He has scammed me a couple time so I would get on the ball with the paypal transaction.

Tracked shipping isn't mandatory if it is over-seas. He could have asily been given non-tracked shipping by mistake. Just contact the seller, talk to him ask for proof of shipping, like photo of a receipt from the post office.

$200 - the paypal bullshit $180 he said he needed to get rid of it he has 2-4 console he has life time on and no longer needed this one
