I think the text on the second piece should blen in more with the image. Maybe use a different font and color.

The yellow stands out too much for the image's color. Try different positions aswell. Like at the top or side of the image. Just experiment and see what suits you best.

It's the watermark, my assumption is he put it there because he is charging for the avatar and didn't want it to be stolen.
If these are free, or cheap.. how do I go about getting me one of these!?
