What should I get an rgh or jtag and I'm going to be wanting to go online with it and which jtag or rgh would be best for online

If you're aiming for hosting CoD lobbies online, I'd go with the Jtag.
It's a lot easier to use than a RGH.
My opinion: Get the Falcon Jtag if you want one for online hosting or a Xenon if you want a cheap one.
