I've basically downloaded my friends account and downloaded 4 dlc's for black ops 2, I never license transferred because he's already used it so the dlc's are on my hard drive but don't appear when I load up black ops 2, help?

you are ment to download his account license transfer then download them , if he bought them AFTER he transferd you will have to wait till he can transfer again
