those are turbos. and you need to upgrade your engine it should be there, at least thats what happens for the sultan

I don't know how you fixed it but when you order the elegy, there are 2 different models. One with no spoiler and one that says it doesn't have one while it does and it can't be removed. Doubt that matters but yeah.
