i Feel kinda dumb asking this but idk how to get my xbox live moved over to my xbox one? where on the xbox one can you download your profile.

How did you get your profile on the 360?
It's the same way on the xbox one
You either made a profile on the 360 or even the original xbox, which requires a email address and password.
Call me crazy, but wouldn't you just log in with that same email address and password?!?!
Is this difficult for everyone?
