can anyone link me to the screen where i can live chat with EA as when i try contact them i only get a option to e-mail

when you get to the part where you put in what the problem is,put something like stuck in transfer list then continue.scroll down and it will say contact us.click that then it might ask for more details,whn you have click continue and a option for live chat,if not put something different in until it does
