Also, the cooler is personal preference, I'd take the Titan cooler over the MSI Gaming any day, the blower design is brilliant, looks a lot better to. I'd want the blower designed cool in the Define Mini, due to limited space inside, therefore I would take a ATX Define R4 and a ATX motherboard if he went with the MSI card.
OP: It don't matter what build you go with, you can add a ODD in to anything.
