My friend is switching to intel and upgrading to 2 sli 780ti's and has agreed to sell me his cpu, gpu, mobo, power supply, and an extra hand drive for $550. they are all only 4 months old. I think i scored a great deal, what do you guys think?

Not bad, but I would want to dish more out on a cooler for the CPU personally. Considering they have a 220W TDP, I would personally go with closed loop cooling for the CPU. They get VERY toasty even while idling.
Also, get the R4 in black, looks so much better.
