If it was in the back where would the I/O and motherboard line up to? And for the front it would obstruct the front airflow.

Build a huge vapor chamber into top of the case, full length to act as a passive heatsink.

Now that is an idea I hadn't thought about... Not entirely sure about how to do this but I will investigate, unless you have a few ideas...
As for the support, they were only going to be a few mm wide.

as for the vapor chamber may be hard but will be worth it.and I think you should buy a case and customize it your self. I personally bought a storm stryker and made it cut it to the way I wanted. Im only saying this because what you are describing is a 900d with a few custom mods. If you want to build something cool build a computer desk that would be awesome lol

but what ever you choose i wish you good luck

Buying a 750D and modding it is what a few people are saying, but where is the fun in that?
And the ability to say that the entire PC was built by me is a huge bragging right.

Well, do you understand how much money goes into cases development, companies like Corsair and Fractal Design all spend millions each year on case designs and prototypes. That's why the are good.

If you buy one of them and then mod it, all the hard work is done, then you can make it the way you want it without the hassle of actually designing it.

If you modded a R4 or 750D, you could make it look outstanding.
