How good will this pc be? what fps would i be playing at on minecraft of solid settings? and what games could it handle to run?

Good build. Its only an APU but it can run bf4 on low with 30 fps.

no dedicated gpu? for playing bf4 in good 60fps at desent settings you want something like a GTX 660 or something around that area

If he just wants to play minecraft, then its fine tbh. If he wants to play more demanding games in the future, then he can upgrade to a dedicated GPU.

Also a 660 isnt a very good GPU for BF4. 270x is where he wants to be on a budget

That APU is the best in the family currently, and you could improve the gaming performance of the integrated graphics cores by buying faster memory.

If you wanted performance past that then a dedicated graphics card is what is needed.
