Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. So i am going to get a keyboard with mechanical switches and the one i am thinking of getting is the quickfire tk from cm storm. But the thing is what switches do i get. I was first thinking of getting browns and then i started watching videos and now i cant choose i don't know if i should get reds or browns. I am not able to go out and try them out and none of my friends have mechanical.

Blue's or Browns, the choice is yours, i use both Blue's and browns and like them both for different reasons. Blue's are very very good and fast for typing, but hard to get used to when gaming, but browns feel the same, you just don't get a click.
So if it's the noise and feel you're after, get blue's.
If you want perfect for both typing and gaming, get browns.

It really depends on what you prefer. I have used blue and red switches. I found blue to be way too loud and I have red switches right now which I love for typing. I haven't really used them for a whole lot of gaming.
I would just watch some more videos. If you have a local store that carries them it wouldn't be a bad idea to go there and test them out.
