I would recommend a slightly better motherboard if you really want to push your chip on overclocking, however that one should do for the time being. Change the memory, you only need 8GB for games and you should aim for two memory modules as the system would only operate in single channel mode with three installed.

That graphics card is a little old hat now, i'd advise you to see if there are others in your price range that will perform better, and you may be able to save money by getting a cheaper power and spending that money on a better GPU.
