itll prob run medium to high at bout 60 fps on gta without mods and without bloom
and prob around 40to50 fps on bf4

i would suggestion lowerin the ram to 8gb save u a little cash,and 750w modular? do you need it to be modular if so i would go with a 500w or 550w to save a little then put whatever u saved on the two toward a nicer video card such as the r280x or gtx 760.
