There is a global announcement and people are still asking people to gift them gold... if you even read the subject of the global announcement it says GIFT OF GOLD via tutorial submission
If TTG SEAN does that it is one of the EASIEST ways to get gold; and if you ask on the forums your going to get a warning. so if you do the simple contest/giveaway and dont ask you dont get a warning and you get gold so it's a win-win situation

i get fed up of people asking for gold and some of them pm me asking for it.
