So my friend is selling his gaming pc for 320 pounds is it worth it the specs are:

Case : Galaxy Evolution Tower Case
Power Supply : 500 Watt
Motherboard : Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
CPU : AMD FX 6300 Six Core CPU
Hard Drive : 1tb Sata Hard Drive
Memory : 8gb DDR3 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance Memory
Graphics Card : Geforce GTX 750 TI 2gb
Optical Drive : 24x Dual Layer DVD Writer

For that price, 10/10, but having a full tower for it is absurd. The 750 Ti is pretty questionable because the R9 265 and even 270 are faster but around the same price. Power is not an issue for this build but since you didn't mention which model PSU it has, it may or may not be a problem.

Yes as R00t said 10/10 for the price. I would recommend getting it. You'll be able to play most games on Medium/high/ultra with a decent fps. as r00t also said there are better GPU's in that price range, but obviously it wasn't your choice.

So what gpu would you recommend me upgrading to in the future? i would be willing to spend about 100-140 pounds the most?

They aren't saying it needs to be upgraded now, and when you do upgrade look at how pricing and availability of cards is then.

r00t was just highlighting that although the GTX750Ti is a good card, it is overshadowed by the AMD R9 265 and the R9 270. Both of those usually offer good price/performance for the money.

In it's current state yes, but it leaves room to breath. He can always add a water cooling system or SLi and not have to worry about space.

He has a low-end mATX board. Both water cooling and SLI/Xfire are irrelevant and those can be done in mATX cases, anyway.

ive managed to buy the pc for 300 pounds and i have about 140 pounds max to upgrade anything you would suggest i upgrade first?

Honestly, I would just save it. upgrade only when it needs to be.
