FTP is a lot faster than a transfer cable also most of the programs are not very good when transferring big items to a xbox hdd

FTP takes way to long, would be much faster for me to use a transfer cable.

11 mbps is if your using a Ethernet cable, which I'm not prepared to do, I get around 1-2mbps Using a FTP then I also have the extra worry of my RGH getting to hot, That's why I want to use the transfer cable method, but no body seems to be answering my question.
