You don't need to spend that much on a psu, you certainly won't need 750w either.
If you don't know how/don't plan on overclocking, spend less on a locked i5. You won't need a z87 motherboard either.
The saving's you make on changing these parts will allow you to spend more on a better gpu, giving you the ability to play more titles on higher settings with higher average fps.
