If you have FSD and can get to there go to Setup, Settings, General Settings and un-select where it says "Enable Beta Updates" and "Receive Update Notices as Start Up". If this has done no progress please pm me.

That's probably because you're signed into a LIVE enabled profile. Update your console dash to 16747 and that shouldn't be a problem.
