The moment I turned on my xbox it said "Open Tray" when the game was in there.
I tried resetting but it still stayed the same?
How do you fix this???

I had the same problem for me it was my laser was stuck out I needed to push it back in to the center, your gonna need to take your xbox apart to fix this but just look up "xbox 360 open tray error" on youtube. Mine still does it every now and then so I just keep my xbox apart but if your still under warrenty I suggest sending it into m$ because I do not know a permanent fix and if you do open it up I would clean your laser with a cotton swab for good measure. Hope this helped

you take the game out.THEN close it for 10 seconds.Then open it.DO NOT PUSH THE TRAY IN.THEN turn it off.then it should close the tray by its self.then turn on the xbox by opening the tray.then it should work.
