Most people I know like listening to rap or rock because its loud and its gets them pumped up, but before a football game I listen to instrumentals or peaceful songs like; the ecstasy of gold, the city surf, the national, songs like that because it gets me calm and I feel like I can perform better if I'm more relaxed. What about you guys
