I was host in high roller match, i know because i connected WAY before everyone else and it took them a while to establish decent connections. I unplugged my xbox 360 wireless adapter, waited till i was disconnected from live, reconnected and signed in.
Neither me nor anyone else in the lobby was refunded anything.
