Yes because i was host. i went from prestige 2 lvl 31 to prestige 4 level 1 in 15min (trying to rehost took time)

Did you go and back out to the Xbox Live Dashboard and loaded it up again. cuz ive been hearing that is doesnt stick for the host when the host loads the game again from the dashboard
