Ok so on seasons i play with brazil and i can't lose i win every single game and i am unstoppable because the team work rate is insane. I have made the same team on ultimate team with the same formation but they just don't do anything they just stand around never make runs never put pressure on players they just stand still and do nothing why do they do this on UT but not on seasons? It's the exact same team with the same formation??

in kind of the same situation as you, made a chelsea team can play amazing with them on everything but UT Seasons... but can play UT Cup matches perfectly fine...

Seasons =/= ultimate team.

The two modes are completely different, just because something works on one doesn't necessarily mean it will work on the other.

Try changing your team/formation/tactics and see what happens.
