Ok If you can't attack in the clan war follow the instructions below
1.Close clash of clans completely.(Even in task manager)
2.Reopen clash of clans.
3.Go straight to clan wars and find the enemy you want to attack.
4.Just click Attack don't click scout it glitches and makes it seem like your lagging really bad.
5. Don't worry You can press Attack and end the battle without you losing just incase you want to change enemies Thank the topic if it helped
