I mean refer madness is technically a tool but it sends a mod menu to the host. Idk if you want that since you asked for a patch

You can use a patch on Cod4, WAW, and MW2 (Only if you downgrade to TU6). Other than that, all the newer games use a .dll or tool. IW5M is not a Patch, add it as a Plugin to dashlaunch and make sure you have a moddified default xex to load it.
