On PC you can keep making upgrades to your computer which you can't really do to your xbox. So you could start with something kinda cheap then work your way up.

I own a Xbox one and honestly its not that great so I would say a pc but it depends on what games you going to play on it.

I'd rather have a Xbox one, It's your choice. If you've enjoyed Pc Games before then go for that option.
