In Pennsylvania you can get a job at 15. Get a workers permit from your school.
McDonalds and Burger King definitely hire at 15 here. Otherwise, do under the table work. (Farmers markets, family owned stores)
Or find someone willing to pay you for work.

Paper routes by the way are when you go around and give newspapers to businesses and houses.

11+ - Shoveling snow and yard work - usually 10-20$ a job

15 - Burger King 80$ every two weeks
16 - K-Mart 600$ a month
18 - Arby's 400$ a month
18 - Landsaping/Pool Company 1200$ a month
18 - Printing Press 1400$ a month
18 - Super Market 1200$ a month

Those are what I did, the first few apply to you. Half of that you can only do under the table at your age.

I would try to get a job at a day care, you only have to be 14 to get a job there. Then when you turn 16, I would go work at a local store or fast food.
