Gameplay
The gameplay of Skin Surgery is boring and similar to Dental Surgery. It just as easy as the previous game. You can play in normal or hard mode. Normal mode has instructions. Hard dont have instruction. Dental Surgery must have been newer game. You re also given a scenario. Meet Casey. She was playing soccer when the ball went over an iron fence. While climbing over it, she slipped and impaled her inner thigh on a spike. As the wound is too wide and deep to stich, were going to do a skin transplant, also called a skin graft. Well take a thin layer of skin form a healthy part of Caseys body and place it on the wound so it will heal faster. Again the game will tell you how to do it with in game instructions. This game isnt hard and you probably learn a thing or two. This game is kind if strategy and educational.

Graphics
Graphics dont say much. You see dialogue boxes telling you what to do. Characters look normal nothing different. Just as before the tool bar will flash red if you make a mistake points will also be shown. Tools are giant on the screen. Like how it shows the different parts of the skin. But the blood can look gruesome. You have to use many different tools and I havent heard of many. You have cut out a part of the skin. You do this with a marker and the game will tell you. You make a square shape around the skin and the line will have little dashes o you know where to cut from. A great thing about this game is before you do the operation it says dont try this at home. It also cares about peoples safety instead of just entertainment. And theres also a little circle telling you what direction to mar something or cut.

Controls
The controls of this game are simple. The only control is to use the mouse to click things. This is the same as Dental Surgery. I feel as if this game took longer to complete than the other. There is more you have to do so you can heal the skin. There are many object players need to click on. Little yellow circles tell you where to click. The design of the skin looks weird. To me it looks like clay made into skin shape. And when you put holes in the skin it looks like cheese. Overall, these controls are easy to learn. A young person can learn this easily.
