I'm experiencing really bad input/keyboard buffer lag with certain games. This issue does not occur on windows, or in the browser and is specific to many games.

I've noticed this with games:
Roblox
Space Engineers


Some days the games work perfectly! Other days my keyboard inputs will lag by 5 - 10 seconds and today they don't do anything at all, i can just move the camera with my mouse however the keyboard inputs are non existent.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
