Firstly call your bank and tell them what is happening, they will hopefully cancel the purchases. After that call microsoft and recover your account from them.. Sorry to hear that bud.

You can contact microsoft customer support and cancel your cards and if you want recover the account, once you have done that you might want to file an IC3 report on the FBI website, also contact your card company and explain the situation you could get Microsoft to verify the transactions were illegitimate because they will most probably have logs of IP's logged into the account, they will also be able to check the consoles serial numbers that signed into your profile and said 'hacker' will most probably get console banned.

Call your bank the credit card is linked to, sort that out.
Then call microsoft and see what they can do.

Call your bank they will most likely block the account, then contact Microsoft then go from there.
